1. Focus more on my health and getting back in shape
This went to the wayside this month...whoops! Back on the bandwagon for May!
2. Take more pictures and put them in picture frames around my apartment
I am getting better. I need to work on not waiting until the end of the event to start taking pictures, that way I am not looking so rough.
3. Find a job that I love
This was a rough month, I did a lot of follow-up with jobs and many of them had not panned out. I understand that that means there is something better on the horizon, but it is still never fun.
The search continues...and I am feeling a very positive outlook for May!
4. Tackle the organization projects that have been sitting around since I moved from Memphis
Two bags to Goodwill. Now that classes are done, I need to go through all of the piles of things that I don't need anymore.
5. Be happier and try to find the humor in every situation
6. Be more financially conscious
Time to start penny pinching! Any ideas on good cost saving tips?!? I need them big time.
7. Take at least two trips to reunite with friends
Trip one is complete! I was able to reunite with friends in Wilmington for Heather's bachelorette party!
8. Read at least 30 books
Three more this month, two of them were for school, but that still counts!

This is a worthwhile read. It explains a lot about office gossip and productivity and is a great personal development book.

As I have said before I love to read about places I live or know. This one focuses on Charleston and a journey of friends. It also had some elements of drama and suspense which made it a quick and enjoyable read.

If you are looking to learn more about student affairs this is the perfect book, sharing information about the early years and what I will experiencing soon as I enter the field.
9. Try at least one new restaurant a month
Yum! While in Wilmington we went out to dinner at Elijah's. Everyone enjoyed their dinner, we started the night off with their delicious crab dip and then I had their shrimp and grits. All I have to say is YUM! If you are going to Wilmington this is a place you must got to lunch or dinner!
10. Blog at least once a week
Now that classes are done I am hoping to blog a bit more and make it more of a part of my routine.
